For my photo journal I really want to focus on domestic violence and the way the media and advertisements portray it. It's a topic I'm really interested in because these are world wide issues that are still continuing, and it's an important issue that not many discuss or make more awareness to it. It's also something I would love to get involved with. Making more awareness can change any victim going through this situation, and can save a life. It will revolve mainly around pathos because of how much emotion they put into the images or commercials they make based on domestic violence. Ethos can also play a role in this as well since some ads do involve a celebrity or even a well known organization to be more credible and persuasive.
